All of them,
Kool-Aid- when you pour the Kool-Aid into water, the little crystals go straight to the bottom because they are heavier than the water. When you stir Kool-Aid, you help dissolve the Kool-Aid in water by keeping all the crystals off the bottom and in the water.
Salt- water can dissolve salt because the positive part of water molecules attract the negative chloride ions and the negative part of water molecules attracts the positive sodium ions.

The depictions of ionic compounds do not show distinct compound units but rather a collection of ions in the ratio given by the
Sedaia [141]

Answer:

The ionic compound NaCl has a Face Centered Cubic unit cell

The site for atoms are Face, center and Edges corner.

Effective number of atoms

Na+

1centers + 12edges x\frac{1}{4} = 4 Na+

Cl-

6face x\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{8} x8 corners = 4Cl-

This is just one unit cell effective atom, there are thousand's of such unit cells are combined to form one such structure of NaCl. The real formula of NaCl is Na4Cl4 but for simplicity we use empirical formula that is NaCl.

In an eluent solution of 70% hexanes and 30% ethyl acetate, compound A moves farther on the TLC plate than compound B. Compound
8090 [49]

Answer:

it means compound A is less polar than compound B

Explanation:

It is sure that the more polar the solvent, the faster compounds elute, regardless of the compounds polarity. This means changing the solvent polarity cannot change the order compounds elute from a TLC or column. This may seem non intuitive, as it would seem that a polar solvent would move a polar compound farther than a nonpolar compound.

A mixture of 10 cm3 of methane and 10 cm3 of ethane was sparked with an excess of oxygen. After cooling to room temperature, thr
Tpy6a [65]
In the combustion process using excess oxygen, each mole of methane results to 1 mole of co2 while ethane produces 2 moles of Co2. Under same conditions, these can be translated to volume. Hence the total volume absorbed is 10 cm3 + 20 cm3 = 30 cm3.
