Answer:

A rock is a solid made up of a bunch of diffrent minerals and the three major types of rocks are Metamorphic, Igneous, and Sedamentry some more common rocks are Shale, Marble, Bassalt, Slate, Gabbro, Sandstone, Limestone, Schist, Granite, and Conoglomerate.
