Answer:

Volume=274\frac{1}{2}cm^3

Step-by-step explanation:

The volume of a rectangular prism is calculated using the formula;

Volume=l\times w\times h

where l=15\frac{1}{4}cm is the length, w=8cm is the width, and h=2\frac{1}{4}cm is the height of the rectangular prism.

We substitute these values into the formula to obtain;

Volume=15\frac{1}{4}\times 8\times 2\frac{1}{4}

Change the mixed numbers to improper fraction

Volume=\frac{61}{4}\times 8\times \frac{9}{4}

Simplify;

Volume=\frac{549}{2}

Volume=274\frac{1}{2}cm^3

Write ✓-98 in simplest radical form.
trapecia [35]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

This first step is to take the square root of the minus which is understood to be - 1

sqrt(-1) = i

So far what you have is

sqrt(-98) = i*sqrt(98)

sqrt(98) is just found the ordinary way

sqrt(98) = sqrt(7*7*2)

sqrt(7*7*2) = 7*sqrt(2)

Answer: 7 * i * sqrt(2) = i7*sqrt(2)

Pick the choice that looks like what you have done for homework.

Nendell saw at a diner if he bought one of each item and spent $7.50, how much did the drink cost
Lana71 [14]
All together: <span>3x + 0.05 + x + x + 0.10 = 7.50

 5x + 0.15 = 7.50

5x = 7.35

 x = 1.47

</span>1.47 +0.10=1.57<span>

so, the drink costs 1.57 </span>

What is cos(npi/2) and sin(npi/2) in fourier series cos(npi) is (-1)^n and sin(npi)=0 ?
Nat2105 [25]
The problem ask to fourier series of the trigonometric function base on the data you have been given in the problem, so the answer would be cos(pi/2n) = {(-1)^n/2 - if n is even, 0 - if n is odd} and sin(pi/2n) = {0- if n is even, (-1)^(n-1)/2 if n is odd}. I hope you are satisfied with my answer

Becky Anderson must pay a lump sum of $6000 in 5 yr. If only $5000 is available to deposit right now, what annual interest rate
34kurt

Hello!

Out equation is: A=P(1+\frac{r}{n} )^t^n

A= 6000

P=5000

N=1

T=5

R= What we are trying to find

This means we will have 6000=5000(1+r)^5

Divide both sides by 5000:

\frac{6000}{5000} = (1+r)^5

Move the power to the other side by rooting both sides:

\frac{6000}{5000} ^1^/^5 = 1+r

Subtract 1 from both sides:

\frac{6000}{5000} ^1^/^5 -1 = r

Now we just need to calculate: R = 0.03713728...

I don't know how many decimal places you can have, but I will round to 2. This will give you an Interest Rate of 3.71%.

I hope this helps! :)
