This is a pretty varied question actually. It is pretty horrendous that with all the guess work a more certain answer can't be agreed upon. There are just so much garbage in Tobacco smoke that we cannot even come to a complete conclusion.

However the most common estimates state that there are some 4000 chemicals in tobacco smoke, of which 400 are toxic chemicals, and 50 chemicals in particular that are known Carcinogens.

So your most likely bet is "C"
