On a table, you'd have two columns: one for your input(x) and one for your output(y). If given an x value, put it into the equation to solve for y, and if you have a y value, put it into the equation for x. You can also come up with your own x values and put them into the equation if you need to create a table from scratch I'm not sure what you're asking but this will help you fill in a table. Graphs are pretty simple. Just find a value on the x-axis (horizontal), find the point on the line above or below this value, and look at what number it is for the y value. You can do this backwards if you need to find y when given x.
