Answer: There are four stages of mitosis: prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase.1) Prophase: chromatin into chromosomes, the nuclear envelope break down, chromosomes attach to spindle fibres by their centromeres 2) Metaphase: chromosomes line up along the metaphase plate (centre of the cell) 3) Anaphase: sister chromatids are pulled to opposite poles of the cell 4) Telophase: nuclear envelope reforms, chromosomes unfold into chromatin, cytokinesis can begin The order of the stages of mitosis can be remembered using the mnemonic PMAT.

Name to types of evidence that scientist used to support the theory of evolution?
Sergio [31]
Evidence of evolution. Scientists support the evidence of evolution because of the adaptations organisms used to have in the past compared to the present. For example, humans have organs in their bodies they don't need, but must have been used in ancient times. They can also find that humans have a common ancestor such as monkeys because of the DNA similarities and many adaptations. Hopefully this answered most of your question.

What is Glycolysis?

 • Glycolysis is the metabolic process that converts glucose into pyruvic acid to produce energy.
 • The process takes place in the cytoplasm of a cell and does not require oxygen.
 • It occurs in both aerobic and anaerobic organisms.
 • Glycolysis is the primary step of cellular respiration, which occurs in all organisms.
 • Six enzymes are involved in the process.
