Barriers, which prevent people from becoming fit can be lack of time, lack of energy, lack of willpower, lack of skill, and lack of resources. To overcome lack of time you can learn to manage your time better to fit a time period in which you can exercise. To overcome lack of energy you can gradually increase your stamina through exercise. To overcome lack of willpower you can set milestones for yourself such as weight loss goals to feel more satisfaction through your journey. To overcome lack of skill you can search for ways to achieve the lifestyle you want. Finally to overcome your lack of resources you can find ways to improvise with the things you have at home or buy supplies if you’re in the position to be able to do so.
