How does the principle of electromagnetism explain the interaction between Earth’s magnetic field and the solar wind? I get that

the magnetosphere deflects solar wind, and that solar wind is electrically charged particles from the sun, so electricity is interacting with magnetism, but how does that let electromagnetism explain it?? and please dont just tell me that the magnetosphere just reflects solar particles. tell me how electromagnetism fits into it.

Answer:

Explained below.

Explanation:

Electromagnetism is defined as the study of the electromagnetic force that takes place between two or more electrically charged particles.

Now, in electromagnetic interaction, the charged particles tend to interact in an electromagnetic manner through the process of exchanging photons. Therefore, it was concluded from various experiments that the magnetic fields lines of forces were always closed, thereby eliminating the possibility of any magnetic monopole in such a manner that within a particular magnetic field, there will be two poles and in the solar system, the electromagnetic attraction between earth magnetic field and solar wind will be by way of a field.

NEED A PHYSICS EXPERT TO HELP ME PLS
Brut [27]

Answer:

Discharge Rate = 0.2 cubic meters per second

Explanation:

Torricelli's Law is derived from Bernoulli's equation and simply states that the speed of the efflux in a Torricelli apparatus (shown below) is directly proportional to and affected only by the height of the fluid above it.

V = √2g(10-2)

Putting value of g = 9.8 we get:

V = 12.52 m/s

Discharge rate = Q = A × V

= 1.60/100 × 12.52

= 0.2 cubic meter per second

. On a safari, a team of naturalists sets out toward a research station located 9.6 km away in a direction 42° north of east. Af
Elden [556K]

Answer:\theta =49.76^{\circ} North of east

Explanation:

Given

Research station is 9.6 km away in 42^{\circ}North of east

after travelling 3.1 km 25^{\circ} north of east

Position vector of safari after 3.1 km is

r_2=3.1cos25\hat{i}+3.1sin25\hat{j}

Position vector if had traveled correctly is

r_0=9.6cos42\hat{i}+9.6sin42\hat{j}

Now applying triangle law  of vector addition we can get the required vector(r_1)

r_1+r_2=r_0

r_1=(9.6cos42-3.1cos25)\hat{i}+(9.6sin42-3.1sin25)\hat{j}

r_1=4.325\hat{i}+5.112\hat{j}

Direction is given by

tan\theta =\frac{y}{x}=\frac{5.112}{4.325}

\theta =49.76^{\circ}

A beam of monochromatic light is aimed at a slit of width and forms a diffraction pattern. In which case is the width of the cen
AysviL [449]

When the incident light is yellow the width of the central band greater. Single-wavelength light sources are known as monochromatic lights, where mono stands for one and chroma for color. Monochromatic lights are defined as visible light that falls inside a specific range of wavelengths. It has a wavelength that falls within a constrained wavelength range.

A laser beam is the ideal illustration of monochromatic light. A monochromatic light beam produced by a single atomic transition with a particular single wavelength is what makes up a laser. A color scheme that consists solely of different shades of one color is referred to as monochromatic.
