..I hate this topic, but, it's a hard thing to go through, just don't be an idiot and start cutting. From past experience, I'd say that sometimes you have to accept it, cause it's your only friend.. But letting it go can take some time, you got to accept your self, accept the world and accept the bad things and the good things. Sometimes you just wanna crawl into a ball and cry your heart out, or you just wanna do the most unacceptable things in life.. Just know someone out there loves and cares about you. And if you were gone, you would be passing the depression down to that person.. and it would keep getting passed down.

Most importantly give someone a hug, or Think About What Went Well Allow Yourself To Vent. I promise you it will get better!
