There are multiple different possible answers, as we were not told what to solve for. So I will give the answer for all 4 possible variables you wanted solved.

For Q:

Q = ± $\frac{\sqrt{g(5tg - m)} }{g}$

For t:

t = $\frac{Q^{5} }{y}$ + $\frac{m}{5g}$

For m:

m = -g($Q^{2}$) + 5gt

For g:

g = $\frac{m}{5t - Q^{2} }$

Keep in mind only one of these is the correct answer! There is likely more information that is not in the photo you attached that tells what to solve for, or your teacher told you what to solve for! It is not my fault if you answer the equation for the wrong variable!
