The graph for the first is line segment joining (x, y) = (−2,−4)and (2, 4), sans the end points. The second part is the line through (-2, -6) and (-3, -9), from (-2, -6), excepting (-2, -6). ..

Step-by-step explanation: you are using y for the piecewise function.

• Puzzle refer to the above attachment .
dem82 [27]

The solution to this puzzle is 10+3 = 13

How to solve the puzzle

To solve this the values at the top of the star were gotten by the addition of two values inside the stars.

 • 3 + 12 = 15
 • 12 + 4 = 16
 • 4 + 2 = 6
 • 2 + 10 = 12
 • 10 + 3 = 13

Therefore the answer to this question is 13.

Another way of getting the value is by adding 15 + 16 = 31

12 + 6 = 18

31-18 = 13

Two similar pyramids have base areas of 12.2 cm2 and 16 cm2. The surface area of the larger pyramid is 56 cm2. What is the surfa
docker41 [41]

Given =

Two similar pyramid have base area of 12.2 cm² and 16 cm².

surface area of the larger pyramid = 56 cm²

find out the surface area of the smaller pyramid

To proof =

Let us assume that the surface area of the smaller pyramid be x.

as surface area of the larger pyramid is 56 cm²

Two similar pyramid have base area of 12.2 cm² and 16 cm².

by using ratio and proportion

we have

ratio of the base area of the pyramids : ratio of the surface area of the pyramids

\frac{12.2}{16} : \frac{x}{56}

x = 12.2 ×56×\frac{1}{16}

by solvingthe above terms

we get

x =42.7cm²

Hence the surface area of the smaller pyramid be 42.7cm²

Hence proved

nevsk [136]
Well, to find out how many times 20.4 can split into 3.4, you need to divide 20.4÷3.4 and you will get 6, and Katrin (K-A-T-R-I-N) is 6 letters, so you have enough room, the answer is yes.
