f(x) = -3x + 4
f(3x + 3) = - 3(3x + 3) + 4
f(3x + 3) = -3*3x + (-3)*(3) + 4
f(3x + 3) = - 9x - 9 + 4

If you wanted to write 4/10 as a decimal it would be .4
