It is important to have a healthy lifestyle. If you want to live a long time you should follow a healthy regiment. Eating poorly and not exercising leads to more diseases down the road in your life.

One of the benefits is being mobile when I’m older. I don’t want to have someone use a lift to get me out of a chair.
