It ended the one-party system. It consolidated power among a few key leaders. It ended the revolution. It lessened the power of the president.
I feel that everybody should get better access to school in Africa but im pretty sure it is mostly the girls who get better access.

I believe you should talk to your friend in private so they won't get embarrassed also convince them to get a cab home. Choose a designated driver (one who isn't drunk)
If you suspect the friend is drunk and won't listen, do not get into the car with them.
