The Boston tea party and African American activists have one similarity and that is both wanted freedom from their oppressors. African Americans wanted to be treated as equal to their white counterparts. People contributing to the Boston tea party wanted freedom from their king who treated them terribly. The difference however, is that African Americans were treated as less than whereas most participants in the Boston tea party would still be well off even if they didn’t participate in the throwing of tea.
Hope this helps Xx :)

By ruling in james mcculloch’s favor in mcculloch v. Maryland, what was the verdict of this case
andrew11 [14]

Answer:

McCulloch v. Maryland was a decision of the United States Supreme Court. The state of Maryland attempted to prevent a branch of the Second Bank of the United States from operating by imposing a tax on all banknotes of banks not founded in Maryland. The Second Bank of the United States was the only bank then present in the state that had not been founded on it. The Court invoked the Theory of Implicit Powers of the Constitution, which allowed the Federal Government to pass laws that are not expressly provided for in the Constitution, from a list of expressed powers, provided that those laws are useful for Congress's powers, pursuant to Constitution.

Someone you know gets a perfect score on the SAT. What personal, family, and social characteristics do you think they have
Rom4ik [11]

If someone gets a perfect score on the SAT, they will most likely have 1 to no friends because she or he would be studying all the time. The reason she or he may be studying all the time may be because of their family. Their parents may push them too hard which made them feel like they have to get straight A's and it is a way of making their parents proud. On the other hand, they might have also be living in a poor area. Most kids from a young age may see their parents and where they are at now and use that as something that pushes them to do good in life to get out of an area like that. They are not social at all and they most likely are a teacher's pet. They never go to parties or get in trouble. They most likely have a perfect attendance.

In your opinion, have Supreme Court interpretations of free speech changed over time? If so, how? Give examples.
bearhunter [10]
I think the Supreme Courts interpretations of free speech have become more libertarian over time. For example, free speech on LGBT matters would have been strictly prohibited a century ago.
