x= total employees
(40%) 0.4x (of all employees are men), then;
(60%) 0.6x (of all employees are women)

night school attendees;
0.3 (0.4x) = 0.12x men
0.2 (0.6x) = 0.12x women

Total in night school 0.12 + 0.12 = 0.24x
Result = 24 % of all employees attend night school
