Given,
Kinetic energy of the car = 2000 J
speed of the car is doubled
we know,

now, speed of the car is doubled
v' = 2 v

Using

=1/22

Hence, the Kinetic energy would be equal to 8000 J.

Which substances in the simulation have particles that are only atoms?
Travka [436]

All matter is made of particles; these can be single atoms or atoms chemically joined to make molecules. Using this fact, matter can be classified into three broad groups: elements, compounds and mixtures. In an element, all the atoms are of the same type. If more than one type of atom is chemically joined, then a compound has been formed. If more than one type of atom or molecule is contained in the same substance, and the particles aren't chemically joined, this is a mixture.

It takes four hydrogen nuclei to create one helium nucleus in the proton–proton chain, which is the main energy source of the Su
Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

0.1371 * 10 ^ -27 kg

Explanation:

From the question number of hydrogen nuclei used to form 3 Helium nuclei = 12 ( 4 * 3 )

mass of the 12 hydrogen nuclei = 12 *( 1.6726 *10^-27) = 20.0712 * 10 ^-27

mass of single helium = 6.6447 * 10 ^-27 kg

therefore the mass of the 3 helium = 3 *( 6.6447 *10 ^-27) = 19.9341 * 10 ^-27 kg

The mass difference between the hydrogen and the helium used

= (20.0712 * 10^ -27)  - (19.9341 * 10 ^-27) = 0.1371 * 10 ^ -27 kg

therefore 0.1371 * 10^-27 kg  is converted into energy to create the three helium nuclei

What is the current drawn if the voltage is 9V and resistance is 1.5 ohms ?
zhuklara [117]
Ohm's Law => V = I/R where
V stands for voltage,
I stands for Current
R stands for resistance.

ATQ
we know V = 9 volts
and R = 1.5 ohm's
so we need to find I.

Lets modify our formula little bit
we know V = IR  which we can write as I = V/R
so lets substitute the values in the formula.
I = 9/1.5
I = 6 A

Correct Option is A.

Which is carried by waves?
Alex787 [66]

Answer:

Waves carry energy from one place to another. Because waves carry energy, some waves are used for communication, eg radio and television waves and mobile telephone signals. Some types of waves need to be transmitted through matter, either a solid, liquid or a gas. For example, water waves have to travel in water.
