If you have an anxiety atack you should Drink water lay down listen to music or loud music if ur brain is loud/ the voice in ur head. List 5 things you can see 2 things you can smell 4 things you can touch. Breathe try to breathe slowly even if it feels like your dieing. Talk to someone about it if you can. Look in the mirror and say im beautiful/hansom im smart, funny, amazing, its ok to feel like this, im the only one who can control how i feel, i wont let things get to me. Dont stress over things you cant control. Get fidget toys or listen to music, take a nap, wear a blanket. Dont let anxiety stop you. :) i hope this helps
