It looks like the number in the right column (y) is 1-1/2 times the number in the left column (x). Look at the top row of numbers...14 x 1.5= 21.
If you know the number in (y), then divide that # by 1.5 to find what the number should be in the (x) column.
So to find the answers for rows 2, 3, and 4 ...
64 x 1.5 = 96
39 / 1.5 = 26
1 x 1.5 = 1.5
