Following the Free-body Diagram, these are the Four types of Resistance Force with descriptions:
1. Applied Force - if a person is pushing the table across the hall, then an applied force is acting on the table.
2. Frictional Force - if a book slides across the surface of the table, then the table exerts a frictional force in the opposite direction of its motion.
3. Normal Force - if a stone is resisting upon the floor, then the floor is exerting an upward force upon the stone in order to support the weight of the stone.

Agility-Conditioning-As a way to warm us up everyday, our band director has us run through cones to become more agile. As the season goes on, we get faster at it.

Coordination- Dancing-The dance team at our school marches with us and a group of us always joins them in their warm up by dancing with them.
Power -Running -Pushing off the spot westarted on has improved the power in my legs andthe force I start off with.
