recently I said something that I regret because I just lost one of the only people who knows me for me, it wasn't nothing rude but I guess me saying it upset them, The price I had to pay I guess was me getting addicted to hurting myself. The choice I made was negative.....if this was to a test I have no clue

Mine was negative, I wish that I had not made the decision that I have because it ruined me and my family connection. Telling them the way I really feel made them disgusted and disappointed

B. External pressures: these come from the external environment of the individual, which influences the behavior of an individual. These include factors such as:
