From a Christian standpoint, would a Mormon go to heaven? we believe in the same god, just different views of Jesus Christ. like
Illusion [34]
From a Christian standpoint, everyone is a child of God, and Jesus wants everyone to know Him and the love He has them. For someone in a different religion than Christianity, they would have to repent, and convert to Christianity because Jesus does want everyone to join Him in Heaven.
Honestly though, you can’t push your friend. It’s best to share God’s love with him and live like you know God. When you do that, your happiness will radiate. My advice, I would talk about this with your pastor or a priest you are close with to determine the best way to go about it. But if you try and push your friend, it will only alienate him further. Continue asking him to join you at a mass, but respect his decision if he declines. You never know, he might take the leap one day!

Which sends from the Frederick Douglas's speech what to the slave is a 4th of July shows the separation between him and his audi
wolverine [178]

Douglass delivered a blistering speech in which he said things like, "This Fourth of July is yours, not mine. You may celebrate, but I must weep." "Fellow Citizens, I am not lacking in respect for the progenitors of this nation." The individuals who signed the Declaration of Independence were steadfast in their convictions.

This is further explained below.

What is Frederick Douglas's speech?

Generally, At an event held at Rochester's Corinthian Hall on July 5, 1852, to commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independence, Douglass delivered a speech. The event took place on the 5th of July. Oratory as acerbic as this was delivered by the speaker, who informed his audience, "This Fourth of July is yours, not mine."

In conclusion, When Douglass spoke, he said some harsh things, like, "You own Independence Day this year, not me. You may have your party, but I have to cry." I do not lack reverence for the founding fathers of our country, fellow citizens. Members of the Continental Congress and those who signed the Declaration of Independence were unwavering in their beliefs.
