In English, we would call these terms the “Greatest Common Denominator” and the “Least Common Multiple”. It looks like in Italian at least, MCM stands for “Minimo Comune Multiplo” (aka Least Common Multiple) and MCD stands for “Maximo Comune Divisor” (aka Greatest Common Denominator).
