guajiro [1.7K]

Answer:

Oxygen and nutrients from the blood can move through the walls and get into organs and tissues. The capillaries also take waste products away from your tissues. Capillaries are where oxygen and nutrients are exchanged for carbon dioxide and waste.

Explanation:

As the blood moves through a capillary, nutrients, oxygen, and food leave the blood and enter the body cells. The blood also picks up wastes and carbon dioxide. The blood in capillaries works like a mail carrier.

What is the difference between eustress and distress
anyanavicka [17]
Both eustress and distress have to do with stress,, but they both represent different types of stress. eustress has to do with positive types of stress while distress has to do with the negative kinds of stress. positive forms of stress are the things that are stressful,, but they motivate you to do more things and be better. distress on the other hand are the kinds of stress that stress you out,, and cause negative emotions that end up hurting you more than motivating you.
