A Maglev system is a system that uses superconducting magnets, this is an advantage as friction between the system and the ground is decreased as it literally hovers above it. The system of course however is guided. The answer is decreases friction because it used the non-contact force of superconducting magnets to move.

Mass box A = 10 grams; Mass box B = 5 grams; Mass box C—made of one A and one B Mass ratio A/B =
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

mass ratio of A/B is 2:1

Explanation:

Since the mass of box A = 10g

                mass of box B = 5g

   Mass of box C = mass of box A + mass of box

A ratio compares two quantities. To find the ratio of the two boxes:

  Ratio of A to B = \frac{mass of A}{mass of B}

  Ratio of A to B = \frac{10grams}{5grams} = 2

The mass ratio is 2:1 i.e box A has twice the mass of B

What principle requires that a chemical equation be balanced?
Dafna1 [17]
The principle that requires that a chemical equation be balanced would be the law of definite proportions. It <span>states that a given chemical compound always contains its component elements in fixed ratio (by mass) and does not depend on its source and method of preparation. Hope this answers the question.</span>

Calculate the freezing point of a 0.08500 m aqueous solution of nano3. the molal freezing-point-depression constant of water is
Citrus2011 [14]
Depression in freezing point (ΔT_{f}) = K_{f}×m×i,
where, K_{f} = cryoscopic constant = 1.86^{0} C/m,
m= molality of solution = 0.0085 m
i = van't Hoff factor = 2 (For NaNO_{3})

Thus, (ΔT_{f}) = 1.86 X 0.0085 X 2 = 0.03162^{0}C

Now, (ΔT_{f}) = T^{0} - T
Here, T = freezing point of solution
T^{0} = freezing point of solvent = 0^{0}C
Thus, T = T^{0} - (ΔT_{f}) = -0.03162^{0}C
