The value of ADA is 36

The question could be approached as a quantitative reasoning exercise :

Assigning each alphabet a numeric value corresponding to its position in the English alphabet :

A has a value of 1

B has a value of 2

C has a value of 3

D has a value of 4

ADD could be interpreted as :

ADD = (1 + 4 + 4) = 9

Taking the square of the sum ; 9² = 81

ADD = 81

BAD could be interpreted as :

BAD = (2 + 1 + 4) = 7

Taking the square of the sum ; 7² = 49

CAD could be interpreted as :

CAD = 3 + 1 + 4 = 8

Taking the square of the sum ; 8² = 64

Therefore ;

ADA could be interpreted as :

ADA = 1 + 4 + 1 = 6

Square of the sum ; 6² = 36

Hence, the value of ADA is 36

Suppose the weights of farmer carl's potatoes are normally distributed with a mean of 8.0 ounces and a standard deviation of 1.1
denis23 [38]
Given that <span>the weights of farmer carl's potatoes are normally distributed with a mean of 8.0 ounces and a standard deviation of 1.1 ounces.

The probability of a normally distributed data between two values (a, b) is given by:

P(a\ \textless \  X\ \textless \  b)=P\left(z\ \textless \  \frac{b-\mu}{\sigma/\sqrt{n}} \right)-P\left(z\ \textless \  \frac{a-\mu}{\sigma/\sqrt{n}} \right) \\  \\ =P(7.5\ \textless \ X\ \textless \ 8.5)=P\left(z\ \textless \  \frac{8.5-8.0}{1.1/\sqrt{6}} \right)-P\left(z\ \textless \  \frac{7.5-8.0}{1.1/\sqrt{6}} \right) \\  \\ =P(z\ \textless \ 1.113)-P(-1.113)=0.8672-0.1328=0.7344</span>

I need help with this logic puzzle,
natka813 [3]
I cannot reach a meaningful solution from the given information. To prove that S was always true, you would have to prove that N was always false. To prove that N was always false you would have to prove that L was always false. For the statement (L ^ T) -> K to be true, you only need K to be true, so L can be either true or false.
Therefore, because of the aforementioned knowledge, I do not believe that you can prove S to be true.
