Answer: A well chosen lifetime activity is something that should hold a person's interest for a long time is a TRUE STATEMENT

Explanation:

A lifetime activity should be something that you should enjoy doing no matter how many times you would have to do it.

It is also important because if you do not get excited to that particular activity then later in life you would feel least interested in doing that activity hence will make your life boring. So, an activity that you are going to do for your lifetime should be something that you love doing and should match your interest.
