Answer: y = -3/4x + 7

Step-by-step explanation:

first find slope:

y2-y1 / x2 - x1

1-4 / 8-4

-3/4

now just plug the slope (m) into the equation of a line using one of the points to find the y intercept

ill use (8,1)

1 = (-3/4)(8) + b

now solve :)

1 = -6 + b

7 = b

so now plug in the slope and the y intercept into the slope intercept form to find the equation of the line

y = -3/4x + 7

Which best describes the three-dimensional figure that can be made from the net shown?
cricket20 [7]

Answer: Last option.

Step-by-step explanation:

By definition, a pyramid has a base (which is a polygon) and three or more triangular faces.

You can observe in the image that the the figure has three triangular faces and a triangular base. The sides of the base are all equal, then it is an equilateral triangle.

Then, since the base of the tringular pyramid is an equilateral triangle, the faces are also equilateral triangles.

Therefore, the three-dimensional figure that can be made from the net shown, is:

A triangular pyramid that must have 4 congruent and equilateral triangles.
