It has to be 24.

Because 8 is not divisible by 3 or 6 it must be a multiply of two of the numbers. 3*6=18 but 8 is not divisible by that. 3*8 = 24. 24 is divisible by 3 (8), 6 (4), and 8 (3). So 24 is the answer.
