Crank

Answer:

The correct answer will be option-B.

Explanation:

A neurotransmitter is a chemical messenger used by the nerve cells to transmit the signals from one neuron to another neuron and muscle cell at the synaptic cleft. The common neurotransmitter is acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin and others.

The neurotransmitter can be excitatory that is causing the generation of the action potential in the neurons or inhibitory that is prevent the generation of neuron in neuron cell. This depends on the receptors to it binds.

The neurotransmitters can be degraded or can be taken back after the work is completed. thus, Option-B is the correct answer.

Identify several reasons why a magnitude 6 earthquake in New Orleans might be more damaging than a magnitude 7 earthquake in San
MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

San Francisco has a history of earthquakes, while New Orleans has never had one. Because of risk assessment, buildings would be built much more sturdy in San Francisco vs New Orleans. New Orleans is surrounded by water and marsh and the area covered with loose sediment, which would exaggerate the ground movement. Why would a third-degree burn be less painful than a first- or second-degree burn involving the same body area?
Irina18 [472]
A third-degree burn would be less painful than a first- or second-degree burn involving the same body area because of the destruction of underlying pain receptors.
Nerve endings are destroyed in third-degree burns, which means that a person can no longer feel pain in that particular spot on the body. Third-degree burns are the most severe ones and cannot be treated easily - usually skin grafting or synthetic skin has to be used to replace the burnt skin.
