how long should a person run in order to loose a lot of calories? or is there anything else that is better than running?
Alchen [17]
You could run 30 minutes and burn a lot of calories. Its not healthy to run more than an hour if you don't do it regularly though. Studies show that you can lose more calories bicycling than you can running.

I do parkour and have burned A LOT of calories from that.
