Answer:

Out of personal experience (lol), I'd say the stick of butter is hard, cold, and very smooth at first. Once heated up or just kept at room temp for a while, it becomes mushy.

Hope I helped! ☺

Answer:

Here is your answer..

Explanation:

The stick is a little hard. It is difficult to cut, and is very cold. It takes a little bit more pressure to make an indent with your finger. It is very solid and makes a decent thud when dropped on the counter.

Hope this helps!

The rate constant (k) for a reaction was measured as a function of temperature. a plot of lnk versus 1/t(in k) is linear and has
NNADVOKAT [17]

The Arrhenius equation is

K=Ae^-{\frac{Ea}{RT}}

so if we plot a graph between lnK (natural log of rate constant) and 1/T (inverse of temperature in kelvin)

The straight line equation will be

lnK = lnA - Ea/RT

Where

A = constant for a particular reaction at any temperature

R = gas constant = 8.314 J /molK

So as per this equation the slope of line will be = -Ea/R

Or

Ea = -slope X R

Ea = -(-9.20X10³X 8.314) =76.49kJ /mol

Answer: activation energy = 76.49 kJ /mol

How many molecules of cl2 would be formed from the reaction mixture that produces the greatest amount of products?
iris [78.8K]
Since no choices are given, I will describe the reactivity of the element chlorine. A halogen is example of nonmetal. When compounds containing halogens they are called salts thus the name “salt – former”. Halogen consists of Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, Astatine. An example of is reactivity is the monochlorination of an alkane, which involves substituting one of the hydrogen atom in the alkane and exchange it with a chlorine atom.

CH₄ + Cl₂ → CH₃Cl + HCl

The H in methane is substituted with the Cl in chloride.

A block has a mass of 325g and a volume of 500mL. What is its density? If water has a density (D=m/v) of 1g/mL, will the block f
Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

A. 0.65g/mL, float

Explanation:

Mass: 325g

Volume: 500mL

D = m/v

D = 325/500

D = 0.65

Therefore, the block has a density of 0.65g/mL and it will float since the density of water is greater than the density of the block.

What types of elements join to form<br> molecular compounds?
shutvik [7]
A binary molecular compound is a molecular compound that is composed of two elements. In general, the elements that combine to form binary molecular compounds are both nonmetals. This contrasts with ionic compounds, which usually involve bonds between metal ions and nonmetal ions.
