How do I lose 15+ pounds before December but nothing over 20 pounds I'm 134 now and I need to get to 120 pounds please I just ne

ed to lose it before December I really want to be in varsity this year in wrestling and there's already somebody in the varsity slot for my weight class on my team so I have to be JV (junior Varsity) but if I go to 120 I'll be in then I'll be Varsity I will literally do anything at this point to lose weight
and don't tell me oh your perfect how you are already because you might not realize how much I want this how much I need it if I'm on varsity ill be so much closer to going to state and then more chances for me becoming the first female wrestler at my school to get to state
