Theft is simply taken a property, things etc. of another person without permission. It is illegal to take what does not belong to you. Angelina can be charged with no crime, that is nothing because she did not have the mental state required to commit a crime.

  • A theft is simply known as a deliberate act by an individual by taking what does not belong to him or her. In Angelina's case. when she found out the mistake, she quickly reported it and as such she will not be charged with anything.

Conclusively, a theft is only punishable if the person is guilty of the crime leveled again him or her or when he or she committed the crime and as such that is not the case with Angelina.
