During the time of the World War's, Pearl Harbor was the headquarters for the Navy and was known as one of the largest naval bases that United States had. Thousands of ships and millions of troops were stationed at this base and therefore became a huge target for the Japanese. When Pearl Harbor was attacked, thousands of ships and millions of troops were killed and destroyed.

This serious attack is what encouraged the United States to join the World War, and Japan was the target.

Answer: Hello!

The attack also destroyed 188 U.S. aircraft and sank or damaged 19 Navy ships. Now, 76 years later, the significance of Pearl Harbor stays with us as Americans remember that this attack launched the United States into World War II. We should also remember this date as a symbol of American grit and resilience.

Which best explains how Article IV is connected to federalism?
Andrej [43]

I believe the answer is: A. Article IV grants powers to states while limiting the powers of the federal government.

Article IV stated that Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings .

This mean that this article granted the states the autonomy to regulate themselves by allowing them to make their own acts, economic policies, and court proceedings, while reducing the federal influence over these matters.
