Rule of law is a principle under which all persons, institutions, and entities are accountable to laws that are:
Publicly promulgated
Equally enforced
Independently adjudicated
And consistent with international human rights principles.

The courts play an integral role in maintaining the rule of law, particularly when they hear the grievances voiced by minority groups or by those who may hold minority opinions. Equality before the law is such an essential part of the American system of government that, when a majority, whether acting intentionally or unintentionally, infringes upon the rights of a minority, the Court may see fit to hear both sides of the controversy in court.

You are not required to stop for a school bus if you are traveling the opposite direction of the bus and the road is at least __
nasty-shy [4]

You don't need to stop for a school bus with red lights flashing when the stopped school bus is traveling on the opposite side and the roadway: has three or more notable traffic lanes, is divided by a median or is divided by a physical barrier. You must stop for a school bus that is stopped with its red lights blinking whether it is on your side of the road, the opposing side of the road or at an intersection, you are approaching. This is cited under the School bus laws by the state.

After the school bus's red lights have stopped blinking, watch for children along the side of the road and do not move until they have entirely left the roadway. These instructions are mentioned under the School bus laws by state.

Art [367]

Hi. You have not submitted the text that your question refers to. However, I could find a question like yours on the internet, which showed a text that referred to how loneliness is harmful to human beings and how contact between people is important. If that's the case for you, I hope the answer below will help you.

Answer:

a greater sense of well being

Explanation:

According to the text, contact between people is essential to maintain individual well-being and health. In this sense, the text states that loneliness is something very harmful, promotes discomfort and creates problems as much psychological as physical. This happens because the human being is a sociable animal and needs this interaction with similar beings. In this case, even people who have little contact with other people are happier and have a greater sense of well-being than lonely people.
