The bear population would become smaller in that area, especially since some parasites can have a big effect on appetite, behavior, and other things. The bears wouldn’t populate as fast, and it may become almost stagnant as a result. hope that helps!

Deffense [45]

Answer:

Option C

Explanation:

Dr. Leland Hartwell used baker’s yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, as a model system, which was a highly suitable model for cell cycle studies. He introduced the concept of Checkpoints where he said cells are arrested if damaged so that the cells repair system can work to correct such damages. Dr. Paul Nurse used a different type of yeast, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, a type of yeast distantly related to the baker's yeast as a model organism.

Serjik [45]
As DNA replication begins the DNA molecule is broken apart into two complementary strands. DNA replication is the process by which DNA makes a copy of itself during cell division. The process occurs in all living and is the basis for biological inheritance. The process starts with the separation of DNA strands in the double helix. Then replication for is formed followed by the binding of bases to each strand. Then the last step is termination of the Replication process

Which zone is most likely to have insects and very little plant life?
julsineya [31]

Answer:

The right answer is D. The benthic zone

Explanation:

The limnetic and the littoral zone all get a lot of sunlight so there are a lot of plant life. The pelagic zone hosts a variety of plant species so this cannot be the correct answer. That leaves us with the benthic zone.

Benthic meaning inhabiting bottom areas or substrates. Plant life at the bottom is very scarce but there are a lot of insect species.
