Since volume and temperature are constant, this means that pressure and_____are____proportional. the sample with the largest____
IceJOKER [234]

Since volume and temperature are constant, this means that pressure and number of moles are directly proportional. the sample with the largest number of moles will have the high pressure.

Since, the ideal gas equation is also called ideal gas law. So, according to ideal gas equations,

PV = nRT

 • P is pressure of the sample
 • T is temperature
 • V is volume
 • n is the number of moles
 • R is universal gas constant

At constant volume and temperature the equation become ,

P ∝ nR

since, R is also constant. So, conclusion of the final equation is

P ∝ n

The number of moles and pressure of the sample is directly proportion. So, on increasing number of moles in the sample , pressure of the sample also increases.

Why don’t all of the particles in an atom contribute to the mass?
kotegsom [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

The mass of an atom is dependent on its number of protons and neutrons. Electrons have mass, but are too light in comparison to protons and neutrons to contribute towards the overall mass. Their relative mass is about 1/1840 compared to 1 for protons and neutrons, and therefore are not counted in the mass.

Hope this helped!

How many moles are in 4.99x1032 molecules of H2o
bogdanovich [222]

Answer:

n≈8,29×10⁸ moles

Explanation:

Nᴀ=6.02×10²³ (constant)

n=N/Nᴀ=

= \frac{ {4.99 \times 10}^{32} }{6.02 \times 10 ^{23} } = 828903654

≈8,29×10⁸ moles
