1. The solubility of carbon dioxide gas in water can be increased by A. increasing the temperature.
Whitepunk [10]
1. Increasing the pressure
In order to increase the solubility of gases in a liquid solvent, we must increase the pressure of the gas. This is the reason that the carbonation of soft drinks is carried out under pressurized conditions.

2. Supersaturated
When a solvent is "saturated", it is holding as much solute as it can at the given conditions. When additional solute is added by changing the conditions, the solvent contains more solute than normal so it is "supersaturated".

3. The concentration by weight may be calculated by dividing the weight of the solute by the weight of the solution. This is:
Weight of solute = 20 g
Weight of solution = 20 + 59 = 79 g

Wt % = (20/79) * 100 = 25.32%

A total of 25.0 mL of 0.150 M potassium hydroxide (KOH) was required to neutralize 15.0 mL of sulfuric acid (H2SO4) of unknown c
8_murik_8 [283]
For neutralization of acid by a base (or vice versa), the equation should be used.
                          M₁V₁ = M₂V₂
where M's are the molarity and the Vs are the volume. Substituting the known values,
                        (0.150M)(25) = M₂(15 mL)
The value of M₂ from the equation is equal to 0.25M. Thus, the concentration of the acid is 0.25M.
