Prevention: getting the flu vaccine every year, don't smoke, practice a healthy lifestyle.

<u>Asthma:</u> symptoms may include shortness of breath, tightness in your chest, wheezing, and coughing.

Prevention: Get vaccinated for pneumonia and influenza, monitor your breathing.

<u>Cystic Fibrosis:</u> symptoms may include wheezing, lung infections or coughing with lots of mucus.

CF can't be prevented.

<u>Influenza:</u> symptoms may include having a cough or fever, body aches, and fatigue.

To prevent it get your influenza vaccine.

<u>Bronchitis:</u> You may have a runny or stuffed nose, congestion, and a fever.

Prevention: don't smoke, get a flu shot every year.
