to help someone answer a question, click on the question then hit the "add answer" button, after putting the answer in the area to type, you hit the green "add your answer" in the top right corner.
Stretch is key I recommend watching a tutorial then get down the basics and try it while recording your self compare it to the video so you can see what you need to fix
