Temperature is measured by Kelvin and celsius and is a physical quantity. The temperature of the flame of a candle is \rm 1102.91^{\circ}C.

<h3>What are Kelvin and celsius?</h3>

Kelvin and Celsius are the degrees of the unit of temperature and measure the cold and hotness of the substance.

Given,

  • K = \rm ^{\circ} C + 273.15
  • K = 1,376.06

The formula of calculating temperature in Celsius is:

\rm K = ^{\circ}C + 273.15

Substituting values in this we get:

\begin{aligned}1,376.06 &= ^{\circ}\rm C + 273.15\\\\^{\circ}\rm C &= 1,376.06 - 273.15\\\\&= \rm 1102.91^{\circ}C\end{aligned}

Therefore, \rm 1102.91^{\circ}C the temperature of the candle burning.

How can the gravitational potential energy of an object be changed?
Aleksandr [31]

Answer:

Gravitational potential energy may be converted to other forms of energy, such as kinetic energy. If we release the mass, gravitational force will do an amount of work equal to mgh on it, thereby increasing its kinetic energy by that same amount (by the work-energy theorem).

Is the method for converting molecules to moles the same as that for atoms?
arlik [135]

Answer:

One mole is the Avogadro's number of particles (atoms, molecules, ions or electrons) in a substance. Converting to moles is fairly easy because the conversion is always the same.

Cyanogen is a gas which contains 46.2% C and 53.8% N by mass. At a temperature of 25°C and a pressure of 750 mm Hg, 1.50 g of cy
sergiy2304 [10]

Answer:

Molecular formula of cyanogen is C₂N₂

Explanation:

We apply the ideal gases law to find out the mole of cyanogen

P . V =  n. R. T

Firstly let's convert the pressure in atm, for R

750 mmHg = 0.986 atm

25°C + 273 = 298K

0.986 atm . 0.714L = n . 0.082 L.atm/mol.K .298K

(0.986 atm . 0.714L) / (0.082 L.atm/mol.K .298K) = n

0.0288 mol = n

Molar mass of cyanogen = mass / mol

1.50 g /0.0288 mol = 52.02 g/m

Let's apply the percent, to know the quantity of atoms

100 g of compound contain 46.2 g of C and 53.8 g of N

52.02 g of compound contain:

(52.02 . 46.2) / 100 = 24 g  → 2 atoms of C

(52.02 . 53.8) / 100 = .28 g  →  2 atoms of N
