I will go on 30 min walks at least twice a week or during commercial breaks I'll do 20 sit ups and 10 push ups.
Put your mind to it and make certain goals that you want to accomplish by a certain time etc. you won't see improvement unless your commited to your goals && if you meet your goals make new goals to accomplish
