Answer:

9k - 18 = -6

Step-by-step explanation:

You have to distribute(jump over the fence)

you need to multiply 9 × k, which will equal 9k

then you will multiply 9×-2, which will equal -18. the 18 stays negative because when multiplying a (+) and a (-) your answer will always be a negative. That's how I got the answer!

The first one is 9k cause you’re multiplying it and the second one is -18 because you’re multiplying -2 and 9

sp2606 [1]
The two plans don't fall directly on a same prive, but after 3 hours of Data usage plan B costs more than plan A

After three hours plan A= $18.60

While plan B after three hours =$19.09

That means 3 hours has to pass before plan B costs more, That is 180 minutes

The rule per hour is $1.2 per hour for plan A and $4.8 per hour for plan B

Find the y-coordinate of the y-intercept of the polynomial function defined below. f(x)=2(3x+4)(x^2+2)
Salsk061 [2.6K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The best way to find out the answer to your question is to graph the cubic. As you can see, the y intercept is (0,16).

How was this obtained. notice that if x = 0 then

f(0) = 2(3*0+4)(0^2 + 2)

f(0) = 2(4)(2)

f(0) = 16 just as the graph tells us.

Two certificates of deposit pay interest that differ by 3%. Money invested for one year in the first CD earns $240 interest. The

a = interest rate of first CD

b = interest rate of second CD

and again, let's say the principal invested in each is $X.
