Having an itchy nose is considered a good sign, as it means that someone would introduce themselves to you, and you might become closer to that person. In simple words, a stranger will come to you, and you will get to know them. It is also believed that an itchy nose sometimes indicates that something will happen in your life. It can be a good thing or a bad thing.

Cell membrane is semi permeable because it has to make available the passage of water & other gases. The marked area in the attached figure is the cell membrane.
