A= \pi r^2  \ \ \ and \ \ \ C=2 \pi r \ \ \ \ \to \\  \\  \cfrac{\pi r^2 }{2 \pi r}= \cfrac{22}{1}    \ \  \ \ \to \ \ \ \ \    \cfrac{ r }{ 2}= \cfrac{22}{1} \ \  \ \ \to \ \ \ \ \ r=22*2=44 \ cm \\  \\  \\  C=2 \pi r=2*3.14*44=276.32  \ cm
