Answer:

0.35 m/s

Explanation:

A = v-u/t

2.74 = 10.3 - u/3.63

x 3.63

2.74 x 3.63 = 10.3 - u

+u (both sides)

u + (2.74x3.63) = 10.3

- (2.74 x 3.63)

u = 10.3 - (2.74 x 3.63)

u = 0.3538

u = 0.35 to 2d.p

Hope this helps!

There are several possibilities.  Here are a few that occur to me:

-- If Point-A is his grandmother's house, he may feel a great sense
of pleasant anticipation.

-- If Point-A is his office on Monday morning, then he may feel

True or False: The energy increase of an object acted on only by a gravitational force is equal to the product of the object's w
tamaranim1 [39]

Answer:

False.

Explanation:

The statement shown in the question above is false and this can be confirmed by Newton's law on universal gravitation. According to Newton, the gravitational force exerted on any body is proportional to its weight, but the distance that the object travels when falling is disproportionate. In addition, if the force resulting from the weight of the object and its displacement has an angle of 0º, the weight force of that object will provide an increase in kinetic energy.

She knows the speed limit in the area, and also saw the speed you were going on the speedometer. The speed you were going was faster than the limit allowed, so that's how she knew you were going too fast.

If a wave has a frequency of 74 Hz and a speed of 444 m/s, what is the wave's wavelength?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

6 m

Explanation:

velocity = wavelength x frequency

444 m/s = wavelength x 74 Hz

444 m/s / 74 Hz = wavelength

wavelength = 6m

Which device is designed to convert chemical energy into kinetic energy ?
irakobra [83]

Answer:

A.C. Generator

Explanation:

The device designed to convert chemical energy into kinetic energy is an A.C generator.

The generator uses fuel to cause the mechanical motion of the pistons in the device.

  • Chemical energy is a form of energy found between the bonds of compounds and molecules.
  • When the bonds are broken, energy is released.
  • The heat energy produced drives pistons and cause mechanical motion of the body.
  • This is a form of kinetic energy which causes the motion of a body.
