The required equation that can be used to figure out how many miles Hugh and his brothers have traveled based on the number of miles they have driven is y = 65x

Equation of a graph and table

Given the following variables

Time taken to travel is x

Mils traveled is y

Using the coordinate points (2, 130) and (4, 260)

The standard linear equation is y = mx + b

slope m = 260-130/4-2
m = 130/2

m = 65

For the intercept

130 = 65(2) + b

b = 0

The required equation that can be used to figure out how many miles Hugh and his brothers have traveled based on the number of miles they have driven is y = 65x

Altitudes AA1 and BB1 are drawn in acute △ABC. Prove that A1C·BC=B1C·AC
Sophie [7]

Answer:

See the attached figure which represents the problem.

As shown, AA₁ and BB₁ are the altitudes in acute △ABC.

△AA₁C is a right triangle at A₁

So, Cos x = adjacent/hypotenuse = A₁C/AC ⇒(1)

△BB₁C is a right triangle at B₁

So, Cos x = adjacent/hypotenuse = B₁C/BC ⇒(2)

From (1) and (2)

∴ A₁C/AC = B₁C/BC

using scissors method

∴ A₁C · BC = B₁C · AC

Nikolay [14]
An ??????

Well to figure this out, we will use mathematics. You do 90% of the an and then do 39 which is close to 90 and then because it has 9 in the number that is given. So, 213 is incorrect. 90% of the things like 213, = 39. And if it equals 39, then here comes 90. 90 comes in as a number to help, but 213 does to. So we will divide the number 9. 9 = 2, and since 213 has the first digit 2 in the number, that means that the answer is An number that equals 2 is the common side of two consecutive angles in a polygon.
