- Whole grain foods like oats, quinoa, etc.
- Legumes, like peas and beans.
- Potato skins, oddly enough, have some dietary fiber.
Tip:
There is no fiber in meat, dairy, or sugar!
Because many people have good intentions and they want to be healthy but often times it is hard to keep it going.
IE: a new year's resolution to get to the gym may fail because it just takes too much time.
