Your answer is 500% Here's why: 2. We assume, that x is the value we are looking for. If 100% equals 45, so we can write it down as 100%=45.
We know, that x% equals 225 of the output value, so we can write it down as x%=225.
Now we have two simple equations:
1) 100%=45
2) x%=225
where left sides of both of them have the same units, and both right sides have the same units, so we can do something like that:
100%/x%=45/225
Now we just have to solve the simple equation, and we will get the solution we are looking for.
Solution for 225 is what percent of 45

100%/x%=45/225
(100/x)*x=(45/225)*x - we multiply both sides of the equation by x
100=0.2*x - we divide both sides of the equation by (0.2) to get x
100/0.2=x
500=x
x=500

now we have:
225 is 500% of 45 That's your answer. Hope I helped!

Set up a proportion

45/225= x/100

45/225 simplifies to 1/5.

1/5= x/100
5*20=100
1*20=20=x

Final answer: 20%

Which ordered pair is generated from the equation shown below? y = 3x + 2 A. (3, 11) B. (3, 9) C. (5, 15) D. (2, 4)
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

y = 3x + 2

There slope is 3 and intercept is 2.

First find what are the 2 pair that given by slope =3

First consider A. (3, 11)  and B. (3, 9)

Tan α = \fraction(11-9)(3-3)

It is undefine.

Next consider A. (3, 11)  and BC (5,15)

Tan α = \fraction(15-11)(5-3)

=2

Next consider A. (3, 11)  and D. (2,4)

Tan α = \fraction(11-4)(3-2)

=7

Next consider B (3, 9)  and C. (5,15)

Tan α = \fraction(15-9)(5-3)

=3

So this is ordered pair is generated from slope =3
